1. Marinate the Chicken:

- Add coriander powder and mix well.
4. Simmer and Finish:
- Add a little water if needed to prevent sticking and to make a thick gravy.
- Cover and let the chicken cook on low heat until it is fully cooked and tender.
- Sprinkle garam masala over the chicken and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
5. Serve:
- Serve hot with rice, naan, or roti
